Terms of Trade

When Purchasing
  • We require 100% payment when ordering.
  • All orders are for NZ delivery address only.
  • For export enquiries, please email sales@wildappetite.co.nz
  • Payment terms are credit card only.
  • All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars.
  • Any return of goods is subject to our Returns Policy (below).
  • All prices include GST.
  • Prices are as quoted and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your item purchased within 3 - 5 working days from payment confirmation depending on location in NZ. From time to time, certain items may run out of stock and may mean slight delays in re-stocking and delivery. We shall make every effort to notify customers that may experience longer than the standard delivery. All prices mentioned are for sales in New Zealand only. If an item becomes discontinued after order receipt, the customer shall be contacted and money refunded.

Any damaged product on receipt of goods, must be signed for at time of delivery. Proof of delivery with damage, must accompany any return for damaged goods.

Returns Policy

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. For a 10 day period from date of purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and providing the product has not been used and is in the condition and packaging in which it was despatched from our premises, you may return it for a replacement with goods of equivalent value. Please telephone 0800 88 9453 to inform us of your decision. This applies to sales within New Zealand only.

Privacy

The information provided as part of the checkout process is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders only. Wild Appetite do not store your credit card number as it is processed directly with our payment processor and the Bank. We do register your name and address on our file for future product releases and promotions. Please advise us if you do not want to receive further information.
